Drop by for Express Counseling! Counselors are available to meet with you for 10 minutes on a first-come, first-served basis by phone or Zoom. Express Drop-Ins are for CURRENT students and NEW and RETURNING (who have submitted applications more than 24 hours before attending.)

If you attend Express Drop-In but require a full appointment, the counselor will ask you to schedule a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment. Students may book 30-minute or 60-minute appointments on the website, or by calling the front desk at (530) 895-2378.
This is a first come first serve Express Drop-In. As many students as possible will be seen during this time. If you select a phone session you will be receiving a call from a blocked number. Please ensure you are able to receive blocked calls.
STEP 1- During the available hours, use your Butte College Student email and password to login to Express Drop-In. LINK WILL ONLY BE ACTIVE AT THE TIME OF EACH SESSION.
STEP 2- Select Drop-In Waiting Room
STEP 3- Select Express Drop-In from list of meeting reasons.
STEP 4- Update Cell Phone number if necessary- This is especially important if you opt for a phone session.
STEP 5- Select the type of meeting you prefer Video Appointment or Telephone Appointment then click Continue.
STEP 6- Remain on the page until your link appears or you receive a call from your Counselor *Please do not leave or refresh your page, this will cause you to lose your position in line.

Once your Express chat is completed, the counselor will end your meeting.
